Maria Palacios and Paola Carlini have  many years experience in international yachts sales, consulting and service.
 
Maria is based in Miami;  she has worked for or represented  Bertram Yachts, Cantieri Di Baia, Baglietto, Antago Yachts, Posillipo and Novamarine, as well as had many years of brokerage experience.

Currently she is the International Sales and Marketing Director for Florida Yachts International, in charge of all marketing and new construction consulting.

      Paola is based in Italy and comes from a family with strong nautical connections as the founders of Novamarine Inflatables. Paola has successfully brokeraged and been responsible for "winterzing", (remessagio) of many of the elite yachts in Sardinia/Italy. She has excellent contacts with finance and lease companies, as well as many of the major Italian shipyards.
